When it comes to cleaning commercial pools, home pools, spas or fountains this powerful and efficient self-priming system traps dirt and debris as small as 75 microns. Includes 2 filter bags one for big debris & one for smaller debris, a 29"adapter pole which allows you to clip your vac daddy off and on a telescoping pole with ease, a vacuum to waste kit which allows you to hook up an external hose to route waste water elsewhere, a Gunite vacuum head, a vaccaddy carrying case w/ wheels for easy transportation of all your pool equipment and a rigid vac head handle which allows for a more stable mounting of the vacdaddy on your pole. Simply attach the vacdaddy to your telescopic pole and start cleaning with ease!

Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation through e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will reach out to you via e-mail.

Order Shipment:

If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 1-3 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment. Once order is shipped, it will take between 3-7 business days for you to receive your items depending on your location. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within 7 business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us about your order: support@outdoorshopventure.com

Damages:

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please IMMEDIATELY send photos to: support@outdoorshopventure.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.

Cancellations & Refunds:

All orders cancelled after 24 hours of purchase are subject to a $100 minimum administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will be responsible for the return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you used when order was placed. *ALL SEA EAGLE PRODUCTS ARE EXCLUDED FROM REFUNDS AND RETURNS*

What Should I Do If My Order Is Damaged?

All of our manufacturers thoroughly inspect each item before it is shipped. However, please make sure you also inspect your item(s) when it arrives before you sign for it. If you see any visible damages, please sign for the item as "Damaged" and retain a copy of the bill/receipt.

After that, please contact us and we'll help you file a claim with the manufacturer if it pertains to their warranty. All damage claims are handled directly by our manufacturers. 

How Can I Return My Item(s)?

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please contact us and we will help you with the return.

Our manufacturers' return policies are between 7 to 30 days. Unfortunately, if the manufacturer's return policy time has gone by or if it is not applicable we won't be able to process a return for you. If you contact us within the manufacturers allowed return time, unless stated it is not applicable for returns, we'll be able to help you return your item(s). *ALL SEA EAGLE PRODUCTS ARE EXCLUDED FROM RETURNS AND REFUNDS UNLESS COVERED UNDER AS A WARRANTY DEFECT


Please note that all returns are subject to a 10%-25% restocking fee by our manufacturers. The customer is also responsible for the cost of shipping the item(s) back.

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition you received it in and apply to their warranty. You must also keep the original packaging of the item(s).

Please don't return the item(s) before you contact us. 

All returns are dealt within our manufacturers. After you start a return process, you'll receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number from our manufacturer. You then can proceed with the return after.

After the manufacturer receives the item(s), they will inspect it. If it's unused, new sell-able condition, we'll issue you a refund to your original payment method within 3 to 5 days. 


Important:

- Please make sure you use tracked shipping when you return the item.

- Please make sure you receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number first before you return your item(s).

- If a customer refuses a delivery of an item, they will be subject to a 10%-25% restocking fee by our manufacturer plus the shipping cost of the returned item(s).

How Do I Get A Refund?

If you have returned your item(s) to the manufacturer and they approved the return, we'll issue you a refund to your original payment method in 3 to 5 working days. *SEA EAGLE PRODUCTS ARE EXCLUDED FROM RECEIVING REFUNDS ONCE SHIPPED*

Can I Cancel My Order?

To ensure our customers receive their item(s) in a timely manner, we process orders as soon as we receive them. We process the majority of orders we receive in about 12 hours after purchase.

If your order is processed, but not shipped yet and you want to cancel it after 24 hours you will be subject to a $100 administrative fee. 

If your order is already shipped when you want to cancel it, you can follow the steps in the "Return" section. You will be subject to a 10%-25% restocking fee by our manufacturer plus the shipping cost of returning the item(s).

Top of the line commercial grade pool vac!

Ever heard the term you get what you pay for? Well, this vac is the rolls royce of pool vacs. If your tired of using all of that cheap Chinese made stuff out there this is 115% the vac for you. Its made right here in the USA and left my swimming pool sparkling clean after the very first use! Also, I must say this companys customer service is beyond helpful answering any questions you may have! I have seen these vacs sellout before so if I were you if you see the vac is currently in stock which will usually say in the description I would pull the trigger on it. You wont regret it! Exceptional Pricing & Product!

This site has the best prices compared to other online retailers, and they have very quick shipping! This vac is made in the USA, so it's none of that cheap Chinese overseas stuff which was exactly what I was looking for. While in use you can understand why a vac like this is used in some of the top resorts and gyms across the U.S., this thing is top of the line commercial grade! Also it came with a free 1-year warranty which is great because it gives me the confidence if anything were to happen to this vac I'm covered! Great vac for the price!

This vac has lots of power, I love that the amount of suction is adjustable for those shallow and deep areas! It really cleans the bottom of the pool well. We have a large olympic swimming pool and it definitely makes the cleaning easier!
