If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 1-3 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment. Once order is shipped, it will take between 3-7 business days for you to receive your items depending on your location. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. Damages:

After that, please contact us and we'll help you file a claim with the manufacturer if it pertains to their warranty. All damage claims are handled directly by our manufacturers. 

How Can I Return My Item(s)?

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please contact us and we will help you with the return.

Our manufacturers' return policies are between 7 to 30 days. Unfortunately, if the manufacturer's return policy time has gone by or if it is not applicable we won't be able to process a return for you. If you contact us within the manufacturers allowed return time, unless stated it is not applicable for returns, we'll be able to help you return your item(s). *ALL SEA EAGLE PRODUCTS ARE EXCLUDED FROM RETURNS AND REFUNDS UNLESS COVERED UNDER AS A WARRANTY DEFECT
