Here’s how it works: The 6 ft extension pipe and 26 ft suction hose pull in debris and dirty water into a 13-gallon holding tank, where a built-in pre-filter bag captures large solids like algae, sludge, and heavy debris first. Then, the internal 1 HP sludge pump automatically pushes the dirty water out through a 32 ft discharge hose, allowing you to drain it wherever needed—garden, grass, or proper drainage areas—leaving you with a clean & clear pond or pool.

Order Confirmation:
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation through e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will reach out to you via e-mail.
Order Shipment:
If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 1-3 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment. Once order is shipped, it will take between 3-7 business days for you to receive your items depending on your location. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. Damages:

Cancellations & Refunds:
All orders cancelled after 24 hours of purchase are subject to a $100 minimum administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. What Should I Do If My Order Is Damaged?
All of our manufacturers thoroughly inspect each item before it is shipped. However, please make sure you also inspect your item(s) when it arrives before you sign for it. If you see any visible damages, please sign for the item as "Damaged" and retain a copy of the bill/receipt.
After that, please contact us and we'll help you file a claim with the manufacturer if it pertains to their warranty. All damage claims are handled directly by our manufacturers.
How Can I Return My Item(s)?
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please contact us and we will help you with the return.
Our manufacturers' return policies are between 7 to 30 days. Unfortunately, if the manufacturer's return policy time has gone by or if it is not applicable we won't be able to process a return for you. If you contact us within the manufacturers allowed return time, unless stated it is not applicable for returns, we'll be able to help you return your item(s). *ALL SEA EAGLE PRODUCTS ARE EXCLUDED FROM RETURNS AND REFUNDS UNLESS COVERED UNDER AS A WARRANTY DEFECT*

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition you received it in and apply to their warranty. You must also keep the original packaging of the item(s).

All returns are dealt within our manufacturers. After you start a return process, you'll receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number from our manufacturer. You then can proceed with the return after.
After the manufacturer receives the item(s), they will inspect it. If it's unused, new sell-able condition, we'll issue you a refund to your original payment method within 3 to 5 days.

Can I Cancel My Order?
To ensure our customers receive their item(s) in a timely manner, we process orders as soon as we receive them. We process the majority of orders we receive in about 12 hours after purchase.
If your order is processed, but not shipped yet and you want to cancel it after 24 hours you will be subject to a $100 administrative fee.
If your order is already shipped when you want to cancel it, you can follow the steps in the "Return" section. You will be subject to a 10%-25% restocking fee by our manufacturer plus the shipping cost of returning the item(s).
You can tell this product was actually designed with real users in mind. The dual-motor system works flawlessly the suction pulls everything in, and the internal pump pushes it right out without any lag or backup. That’s something I’ve struggled with on other vacuums where things just get stuck or slow down the process. The pre-filter bag also does a great job catching larger debris before it even hits the pump, which gives me peace of mind about longevity. Everything feels well thought out, from the hose length to the maneuverability of the unit. It’s one of those products where you can see exactly why it costs what it does.
I usually dread pond cleaning days because it’s such a long, messy process. With this vacuum, it honestly felt like I was cheating. The reach on the hose is incredible, so I didn’t have to keep moving the unit around. The 1500 GPH suction power is no joke it pulls up everything quickly, which means you’re not going over the same spot multiple times. I also love that it doesn’t recycle dirty water back into the pond like some other systems do. Everything gets removed completely, which makes a noticeable difference in water clarity afterward. What used to take me 2–3 hours now takes about an hour or less.
I’ve got a pretty heavily stocked koi pond, so there’s always a ton of waste buildup at the bottom. I’ve tried a few different vacuums over the years and they either clogged constantly or just didn’t have the power to pull up the heavier stuff. This Matala unit is on a completely different level. The suction is strong and consistent, and I didn’t have to stop once to deal with clogs. What really stood out to me is how efficiently it pulls everything into the system and sends it straight out through the discharge hose. I ran it into a drainage area in my yard and just let it do its thing. My pond went from murky to crystal clear in one session. If you’re serious about maintaining a clean pond, this is 100% worth it.
Before this, I would put off cleaning because it was such a hassle. Now it’s quick and easy. Keeps my pond looking great all the time.
I actually used this for a flooded area in my yard and it worked great. It’s not just for ponds it’s super versatile.
