After that, please contact us and we'll help you file a claim with the manufacturer if it pertains to their warranty. All damage claims are handled directly by our manufacturers. 

How Can I Return My Item(s)?

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please contact us and we will help you with the return.

Our manufacturers' return policies are between 7 to 30 days. Unfortunately, if the manufacturer's return policy time has gone by or if it is not applicable we won't be able to process a return for you. Much More Portable Than Traditional Power Chairs

After comparing several folding power chairs, I decided on the Journey Zoomer because portability was my top priority. The difference compared to traditional heavy chairs is huge.The ability to separate it into lighter sections makes transportation far easier and the compact folding size helps tremendously with storage. It fits into our car without needing special equipment or a large vehicle which was extremely important for us. I also really like how stable it feels while driving. The controls are smooth, the chair handles indoor spaces very well, and the battery range has been more than enough for our daily use.The overall build quality feels solid and durable while still being lightweight enough to manage comfortably. I’m extremely satisfied with the purchase and would absolutely recommend it.

Extremely Easy To Fold And Store

One of the biggest reasons I went with the Zoomer was the folding design and compact size. I needed something practical for travel and storage and this chair has been fantastic so far. The folding process is simple and once folded it stores very neatly in our trunk. The chair also feels much lighter and more manageable than others I researched online. Driving it indoors has been surprisingly smooth. The turning radius makes a huge difference in smaller spaces and the joystick feels responsive without being too sensitive. I’ve also used it outdoors on sidewalks, parking lots, and smoother gravel surfaces and it handled everything well. Overall the design feels modern, practical, and well thought out. Very happy with this purchase.

Perfect For Everyday Errands And Trips

I purchased the Journey Zoomer mainly because I wanted something foldable and easier to transport than larger power chairs. After using it for a few weeks I can honestly say it exceeded expectations. The chair folds quickly and the lightweight sections make it much easier to load into our SUV. The maneuverability indoors is excellent and I’ve been able to move around stores and restaurants without constantly worrying about tight corners or narrow aisles. The seat is comfortable, the controls are simple to learn, and the battery has been lasting well for our normal outings. I also appreciate that the tires are solid so there’s no worrying about flats. This has been one of the easiest mobility products I’ve ever used and transporting it is dramatically simpler than heavier models.

The Weight Difference Is Immediately Noticeable

I’ve looked at several folding power chairs over the last year and the first thing that stood out to me about the Zoomer was how much lighter and easier it felt to handle compared to traditional models. Once folded, it fits into our vehicle without taking up much space and transporting it has been far easier than expected. The turning radius is excellent indoors and it moves around stores, restaurants, and tighter areas smoothly without feeling bulky. I also like how responsive the joystick is. It feels very controlled and easy to operate even in crowded places. Another thing I appreciate is that it doesn’t feel overly complicated. It arrived assembled, folded easily, and was straightforward to start using right away. Overall this chair has been extremely convenient for everyday use and travel.
