Perfect for outdoor work, hiking, or heatwaves, Breeze II features improved adjustability, a newly designed reservoir with waterproof zipper, a relocated power button for easier access, and redesigned flat ice plates that are easier to freeze and insert. Each vest includes a 10,000mAh power bank and a reusable ice plate. Additional ice plates are available to keep you going longer.

What does everything weigh?
This is our most common question! The empty vest, including the piping and pump, weighs 1 lb 12 oz. The 6 oz battery pack fits comfortably in the back pouch. For best performance, we recommend adding one frozen ice plate (~1 lb) and 16 oz of cool water to the reservoir.
How does this work?
Insert one reusable ice plate into the vest reservoir, then fill with cool water. This creates a fully enclosed circulation system that routes the water around the vest through integrated channels (invisible from the outside).
Once turned on, the internal pump moves cooled water across your body, pulling heat away and recooling it as it passes the ice plate. The BPA-free polyethylene reservoir helps maintain the ideal cooling temperature. Just swap out the ice plates as needed to keep the relief coming.
The 10,000 mAh battery is housed in a water-resistant pouch to help protect your gear while you're on the move.

Order Confirmation:
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation through e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will reach out to you via e-mail.
Order Shipment:
If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 1-3 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment. Once order is shipped, it will take between 3-7 business days for you to receive your items depending on your location. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within 7 business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us about your order: support@outdoorshopventure.com
Damages:
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please IMMEDIATELY send photos to: support@outdoorshopventure.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.
Cancellations & Refunds:
All orders cancelled after 24 hours of purchase are subject to a $100 minimum administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will be responsible for the return shipping charges. What Should I Do If My Order Is Damaged?
All of our manufacturers thoroughly inspect each item before it is shipped. However, please make sure you also inspect your item(s) when it arrives before you sign for it. If you see any visible damages, please sign for the item as "Damaged" and retain a copy of the bill/receipt.
After that, please contact us and we'll help you file a claim with the manufacturer if it pertains to their warranty. All damage claims are handled directly by our manufacturers.
How Can I Return My Item(s)?
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please contact us and we will help you with the return.
Our manufacturers' return policies are between 7 to 30 days. Unfortunately, if the manufacturer's return policy time has gone by or if it is not applicable we won't be able to process a return for you. If you contact us within the manufacturers allowed return time, unless stated it is not applicable for returns, we'll be able to help you return your item(s). *ALL SEA EAGLE PRODUCTS ARE EXCLUDED FROM RETURNS AND REFUNDS UNLESS COVERED UNDER AS A WARRANTY DEFECT*
Please note that all returns are subject to a 10%-25% restocking fee by our manufacturers. The customer is also responsible for the cost of shipping the item(s) back.
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition you received it in and apply to their warranty. You must also keep the original packaging of the item(s).
Please don't return the item(s) before you contact us.
All returns are dealt within our manufacturers. After you start a return process, you'll receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number from our manufacturer. You then can proceed with the return after.
After the manufacturer receives the item(s), they will inspect it. If it's unused, new sell-able condition, we'll issue you a refund to your original payment method within 3 to 5 days.
Important:
- Please make sure you use tracked shipping when you return the item.
- Please make sure you receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number first before you return your item(s).
- If a customer refuses a delivery of an item, they will be subject to a 10%-25% restocking fee by our manufacturer plus the shipping cost of the returned item(s).
How Do I Get A Refund?
If you have returned your item(s) to the manufacturer and they approved the return, we'll issue you a refund to your original payment method in 3 to 5 working days. *SEA EAGLE PRODUCTS ARE EXCLUDED FROM RECEIVING REFUNDS ONCE SHIPPED*
Can I Cancel My Order?
To ensure our customers receive their item(s) in a timely manner, we process orders as soon as we receive them. We process the majority of orders we receive in about 12 hours after purchase.
If your order is processed, but not shipped yet and you want to cancel it after 24 hours you will be subject to a $100 administrative fee.
If your order is already shipped when you want to cancel it, you can follow the steps in the "Return" section. You will be subject to a 10%-25% restocking fee by our manufacturer plus the shipping cost of returning the item(s).
