This 7’ table is sure to be the subject of many game nights to come, and will look good while doing it. The Tucson MMXI look begins with the finish. A deep black finish give this pool table its signature arcade look. This finish and construction is designed to invoke feelings of modern pool playing centers. The pockets are built into the rails, hiding the ball return system in a sleek package. Completing the contemporary design are the curved pedestal style legs. The legs also feature levelers, to ensure an even playing field. Completing the look, playing surface is covered in an electric blue cloth cover, that can stand up to tough play and looks good doing it. The Tucson MMXI features all the marks of quality found in a billiard table, but won’t break the bank. This is made evident with the playing surface, just beneath the cloth cover. This high quality slate replacement gives you a smooth playing surface for years, and is resistant to warping, costing just a fraction of what it would take to install a slate table top. Surrounding the playing surface are 1.5” thick solid rails, featuring the classic white diamond inlays, to assist in lining up your shots. These rails feature tough, yet elastic 818 rubber bumpers, which will retain their bounce for years to come. Each Tucson MMXI comes ready to play once assembly is complete, as all the accessories are included such as: a complete set of billiard balls, two 57” cue sticks, one resin triangle, two pieces of cue chalk and a rail brush. Order Confirmation:
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation through e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will reach out to you via e-mail.
Order Shipment:
If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 1-3 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment. Once order is shipped, it will take between 3-7 business days for you to receive your items depending on your location. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. Damages:
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please IMMEDIATELY send photos to: support@outdoorshopventure.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.
Cancellations & Refunds:
All orders cancelled after 24 hours of purchase are subject to a $100 minimum administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will be responsible for the return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you used when order was placed. *ALL SEA EAGLE PRODUCTS ARE EXCLUDED FROM REFUNDS AND RETURNS*

What Should I Do If My Order Is Damaged?
All of our manufacturers thoroughly inspect each item before it is shipped. However, please make sure you also inspect your item(s) when it arrives before you sign for it. If you see any visible damages, please sign for the item as "Damaged" and retain a copy of the bill/receipt.
After that, please contact us and we'll help you file a claim with the manufacturer if it pertains to their warranty. All damage claims are handled directly by our manufacturers.
How Can I Return My Item(s)?
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please contact us and we will help you with the return.
Our manufacturers' return policies are between 7 to 30 days. Unfortunately, if the manufacturer's return policy time has gone by or if it is not applicable we won't be able to process a return for you. If you contact us within the manufacturers allowed return time, unless stated it is not applicable for returns, we'll be able to help you return your item(s). *ALL SEA EAGLE PRODUCTS ARE EXCLUDED FROM RETURNS AND REFUNDS UNLESS COVERED UNDER AS A WARRANTY DEFECT*
Please note that all returns are subject to a 10%-25% restocking fee by our manufacturers. The customer is also responsible for the cost of shipping the item(s) back.
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition you received it in and apply to their warranty. You must also keep the original packaging of the item(s).
Please don't return the item(s) before you contact us.
All returns are dealt within our manufacturers. After you start a return process, you'll receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number from our manufacturer. You then can proceed with the return after.
After the manufacturer receives the item(s), they will inspect it. If it's unused, new sell-able condition, we'll issue you a refund to your original payment method within 3 to 5 days.
Important:
- Please make sure you use tracked shipping when you return the item.
- Please make sure you receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number first before you return your item(s).
- If a customer refuses a delivery of an item, they will be subject to a 10%-25% restocking fee by our manufacturer plus the shipping cost of the returned item(s).
How Do I Get A Refund?
If you have returned your item(s) to the manufacturer and they approved the return, we'll issue you a refund to your original payment method in 3 to 5 working days. *SEA EAGLE PRODUCTS ARE EXCLUDED FROM RECEIVING REFUNDS ONCE SHIPPED*
Can I Cancel My Order?
To ensure our customers receive their item(s) in a timely manner, we process orders as soon as we receive them. We process the majority of orders we receive in about 12 hours after purchase.
If your order is processed, but not shipped yet and you want to cancel it after 24 hours you will be subject to a $100 administrative fee.
If your order is already shipped when you want to cancel it, you can follow the steps in the "Return" section. You will be subject to a 10%-25% restocking fee by our manufacturer plus the shipping cost of returning the item(s).
